My Philosophy

I believe in the Golden Rule, treating you as I would want to be treated myself. I believe in listening to you, so that your needs are met both for the present and for the future. I believe in educating you, helping you feel comfortable with your decisions. And I believe that your business can be strengthened and your family's life can be bettered by leveraging equity in real estate.

Value Proposition

I want professionals and small business owners to know that I understand your financial concerns; in fact, years ago I applied for some of these loan programs myself. By fully understanding both the loan products as well as their usage, I can help you make better decisions than someone who understands just the loan products.

Also consider that I am the Founder and President of LeTip of West Morris, a networking group whose membership represents a great variety of industries and professions. Involvement in LeTip not only keeps me informed of the goings on in areas such as real estate and insurance, but also serves as a reminder of the various needs of small businesses. I take great pride in having led this group to achieve record membership growth in our region.

Advocacy

I believe in giving back to my community, and teaching my children to do so as well. That is why I am a proud member of the Kiwanis Club of Mount Olive. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

Through the Mount Olive Kiwanis Club, I have been better able to promote awareness of two issues that I feel very passionate about -- blood platelet and mother's milk donations, and how these donations help save lives. Platelets control bleeding, and are essential to treating cancer, organ transplants, and blood loss. Mothers milk promotes metabolism, optimal nutrition, and immunity against disease, but some mothers are unable to produce enough.

Public Service

I believe in providing a genuine service to the general public by speaking before groups of people, educating those in attendance about various mortgage products and helping them feel more comfortable with the real estate equity decisions that they make. I have also written the following articles:
