Customer’s interest rate went from 10% to 3.9% for a five year period (they had no equity to refinance!). The money saved was completely forgiven by the bank, and not owed on the back end of the mortgage.
Case #3:
Customer did not pay mortgage in two years and owed $52,000 in arrears to the bank (Sheriff sale was imminent). Our attorney stopped the sheriff sale, and negotiated a 90% forgiveness of arrears, in addition to an affordable monthly payment.
Let's be more clear on this: In the end, the customer only had to pay $5,200.00 of the original $52,000.00, plus the negotiated affordable mortgage payment.
